Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and online Pilates subscription service (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

2. Eligibility
You don’t need to be over 18 to use this service, however, if you are not using a payment method that is registered in your name, then you must have the bill payers permission.
3. Account Registration
To access subscription content, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
4. Subscription Service
Our online Pilates classes are offered through a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may vary based on location and may be updated from time to time. If prices change, we will provide reasonable notice.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by local law for which you will have to provide evidence of.
7. Content Access and Usage
All video content is streamed via Vimeo and is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
• Download, copy, or redistribute the content
• Share login details or allow others to access your account
• Upload, reproduce, or publish the content elsewhere
8. Health Disclaimer
Pilates and exercise carry inherent risks. By using the Service, you confirm you are in adequate health to participate. Consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Jasmins Pilates. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Service is provided “as is”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region, except where prohibited.
13. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
