1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments provide immediate access to our digital content. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds for:
• Partially used billing periods
• Accidental renewals
• Change of mind

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases, such as:
• Duplicate payments
• Technical issues preventing access to the Service, not including, access to wifi.
• Legal requirements based on your location

• Email used for the account
• Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
